careful, my music will not be available on spotify for long
To own the music, you can buy digital downloads here or on my bandcamp store. That way you can listen to it on any mp3 player or streaming platform.
here’s how you can add it to your spotify library:
1) Open Spotify → settings
2) Scroll to library → show local files → on
3) Click add a source and select the folder where you saved my MP3s. (Spotify doesn’t recognize .wav for local files)
4) You’ll now see them under your library → local files
5) Right-click any track → add to playlist (or drag it into one)
1) In Spotify → settings & privacy → apps and devices, turn on local audio files.
2) Move the downloaded .mp3s into your phone’s Spotify folder (iPhone: files → on my iPhone → Spotify · android: music or Spotify folder).
3) Open Spotify → your library → local files, and add the songs to any playlist.
Note: playlists with “local” tracks only play those songs on devices where the files are saved.
I want to make sure my music is still accesible to all. If the pricing is too high for you, please contact me here and I will try to send you the music. This will be done manually so there may be some delay.
For now it is still on spotify and you can find it here. To read more about why I am removing my music from spotify, check out this substack post.
